Ixion was created back in 2.4(previously Promethea) By core members : Aries , Rag ,Kinji , Heywud and its original intended purpose was a social FC but we are now trying to transistion into a more raid orientated FC.
Our aim is to build up a community of players who are passionate about clearing all the content that FFXIV has to offer, as soon as possible. We want to offer not only a competitive environment, where the best players thrive, but also a friendly and welcoming atmosphere - we want everyone to enjoy their time with us and make great memories.




• Must speak and write fluently in English
• Must have mic for communication via Teamspeak.
• Must have the desire to play FFXIV outside of raids!
• Must be able to take constructive criticism well.
• Recommended to be friendly and helpful towards all Ixion members. If you cannot be arsed helping FC members, please stick to party finder!
• Must be reliable and informative! If you cannot make an event, we expect you to notify us ahead of time on our forum.
• Big egos, toxic attitudes and immature people need not apply.
• Cross server applications: Please be able to server transfer at any time after application has been submitted.

Ixion members expected to be knowledgeable in the rotations, cool down management, positioning, and optimization of their main class getting the best out of themselves and the players they play with. We constantly seek ways to improve, giving and taking constructive criticism objectively with the aim of becoming better players. Our members should be consistently up to date with changes made to the game; in particular their Specs and the current Endgame content. We want players who are able to adapt quickly to whatever situations they may encounter, and overcome them together with us, as a team. Members are also expected to be reliable & respectful towards their FC mates. The first foundation of everything is trust.
